What does Compliance Watch monitor?
For existing subscribers, Compliance Watch schedules checks of the same supported City sources used in the free Property Readiness Check. We schedule one re-check of the City's public records each day. City-site availability and publication delays can still affect freshness.
The workspace includes the latest successful City-record snapshot, questions only you can answer, prioritized dated tasks, scheduled daily City-record re-checks, supported change alerts, license-date reminders, monthly status, and resolution history.
An alert requires a successful fresh read and a supported comparison against the previous successful result. A quiet month never proves that every source completed or that nothing changed; the status names successful checks and gaps separately.
Monitoring covers the City's public records only. It can't see private records or the things only you can confirm. That is why some items appear as things only you can confirm rather than monitored City records; we label the boundary instead of blurring it.
New Compliance Watch enrollment and pricing are paused while the revised offer, customer terms, and external billing configuration are reviewed. These guarantees are refund promises about our own detection and reminders. They do not promise legal compliance, City approval, a successful license renewal, or the accuracy of the City's underlying records.
