The City controls outcomes and timelines

The City of Philadelphia controls application review, approval, and processing times. We cannot and do not guarantee city outcomes or timelines.

Pass-through fees are at cost, always itemized

City fees, lab fees, and testing partner fees are passed through at cost and always shown as separate line items. We never mark them up or bundle them invisibly.

We never perform lead sampling

Lead dust-wipe sampling is performed only by independent EPA-certified testing partners. We coordinate scheduling and paperwork; we never perform sampling ourselves.
