Philly Rental Compliance provides administrative filing and coordination services for Philadelphia residential rental compliance: license and certificate status review, preparation and submission of applications you authorize, coordination of lead testing performed by independent EPA-certified partners, and deadline tracking.

The City of Philadelphia controls application review, approval, and processing times. We cannot and do not guarantee city outcomes or timelines.

City fees, lab fees, and testing partner fees are passed through at cost and always shown as separate line items. We never mark them up or bundle them invisibly.

Service fees are shown before purchase. Refunds and cancellation: you may cancel the Compliance Plan at any time from your billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel a Get Compliant setup before we begin work on it, we'll refund the setup fee in full; once work has begun, we'll refund the portion for work not yet performed. City fees, lab fees, and testing partner fees that have already been remitted on your behalf cannot be refunded by us. Contact us and we'll make it right.

You agree to provide accurate property and ownership information; filings are prepared from what you provide and what the City's records show. You can revoke your filing authorization at any time in writing.
