Can I cancel monitoring at any time?

Existing Compliance Watch subscriptions remain governed by their recorded renewal and cancellation terms. Cancel through Manage billing. Protection remains active through the period already paid for, with no further renewal charge. New enrollment is paused.

In other words, canceling never forfeits time you already paid for: monitoring, alerts, reminders, and the owner toolkit stay active through the end of the current paid period, and the subscription simply does not renew again. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call required.

Legacy subscribers keep the terms attached to their existing subscription: grandfathered monthly plans continue at their recorded rate, and locked early-bird plans keep their recorded renewal rate while that subscription remains active. Both remain cancelable through Manage billing. Neither legacy price is available to a new customer, and migration is voluntary.

A qualifying legacy annual subscription sold with the published 30-day any-reason guarantee retains that promise. Compliance Watch does not inherit a legacy guarantee by name change; use the exact terms shown on its order page and Checkout. These guarantees are refund promises about our own detection and reminders. They do not promise legal compliance, City approval, a successful license renewal, or the accuracy of the City's underlying records.
