I bought the former $29 audit. How does my legacy credit work?
This is a legacy entitlement, not a current acquisition offer. The former Property Audit & Action Plan is no longer sold to new customers, but an eligible historical purchase keeps the credit recorded when it was bought.
If the purchase is unrefunded and you start Compliance Watch for the same property within 30 days of that audit purchase, the one-use $29 credit is applied to the annual subscription. A used, refunded, expired, different-property, or otherwise ineligible audit does not create another credit.
Your report access, receipt, refund history, and the rest of the legacy purchase terms do not disappear because the public catalog changed. New customers can still start with the free Property Readiness Check; new Compliance Watch enrollment is paused.
The Property Audit & Action Plan keeps its own promise: if it does not make your property's next step clearer than it was before, contact us within seven days and we will refund the purchase. These guarantees are refund promises about our own detection and reminders. They do not promise legal compliance, City approval, a successful license renewal, or the accuracy of the City's underlying records.
