What happens when I activate Compliance Watch?

Compliance Watch displays the latest successful check for each validated property with named sources and timestamps. A source that has not completed stays pending or unavailable; activation itself is not presented as a successful full check.

After setup, the workspace keeps facts read from City records separate from facts you confirmed. Unknown owner answers become unresolved work instead of a silent pass or failure. Dated tasks point back to the fact or answer that created them, and completed work stays in the activity history.

For existing subscribers, the software workspace adds scheduled daily City-record re-checks, alerts only after a successful fresh comparison establishes a supported change, up to three reminders around 60, 30, and 7 days before the rental-license expiration date on City records, depending on when annual monitoring begins. monthly status messages, and resolution history. New enrollment is paused.

Monitoring covers the City's public records only. It can't see private records or the things only you can confirm. These guarantees are refund promises about our own detection and reminders.
