Another eligible $100 renewal earns another $25, including after the first year. A full refund reverses the corresponding commission. Free checks and failed payments earn $0.
Your questions, answered.
How does a referral work?
After approval, share the unique link in your partner workspace. An eligible new customer must be attributed to you and make a qualifying payment. The referral window is 60 days. Cookies, browser privacy settings and using another device can affect attribution.
What counts as a conversion?
An eligible payment actually collected from an attributed customer. A click, free property check, abandoned checkout or failed payment earns no commission.
How much do I earn, and for how long?
25% of eligible revenue actually collected after discounts, excluding taxes and adjusted for refunds. Qualifying monthly and annual renewals continue for the lifetime of the attributed paying customer, with no first-year cutoff or earnings cap. Program terms govern eligibility and termination.
When are commissions paid?
The schedule is a 45-day holding period, a $25 minimum eligible balance and monthly payout review. Payouts require approval. A dashboard balance is not a completed payment.
What happens after a refund or chargeback?
The related commission is reduced or reversed. If it was already paid, the adjustment is handled under the partner agreement.
Do I need to be a licensed Realtor?
No. Eligible individuals and companies may apply. Regulated professionals must satisfy applicable professional rules and any brokerage or employer approval requirements before earning paid commissions.
Do clients pay more through my link?
No. Using a referral link does not add a fee. Existing prices and eligible discounts still apply.
Can I refer myself or an existing paying customer?
No self-referrals. Existing paid customers cannot be reassigned to a partner by default. Referral conflicts and suspected fraud require review.
