Partner terms

1. Parties and eligibility

This agreement is between Philly Rental Compliance LLC and the approved individual or legal business payee. Enrollment is free and no customer subscription is required. You must have authority to participate and provide accurate contact, company and payout information. Terms acceptance and program approval are required before paid commission eligibility. Regulated professionals must obtain any required written brokerage, employer or professional approval. A company representative must identify the correct legal payee.

2. Qualifying referrals

Share the unique referral link issued in your partner workspace. The program uses a 60-day, first-touch attribution window. A qualifying customer must be attributed by Referralful and make an eligible payment. Browser privacy settings, cleared cookies and changes of device can prevent attribution; cross-device credit is not guaranteed. Existing paid customers are excluded from new attribution. Self-referrals, referrals of entities you control, manufactured transactions and unauthorized changes to attribution are prohibited. Conflicting claims are reviewed against provider records.

3. Commission and duration

The commission is 25% of eligible Compliance Watch subscription revenue actually collected after discounts, excluding taxes and adjusted for refunds, chargebacks and reversals. Eligible initial payments, monthly payments, annual renewals and paid subscription upgrades qualify. There is no 12-month expiration or lifetime earnings cap. Eligible renewals continue for the lifetime of the attributed paying customer, subject to these terms. Free checks, unpaid invoices, failed payments, abandoned checkouts and amounts never collected earn no commission. Other products are not included unless expressly added to the program.

4. Holding period and payouts

Commissions remain pending for 45 days after collection. Eligible unpaid balances of at least $25 enter monthly payout review; amounts below the minimum carry forward. Payouts require owner approval, an eligible legal payee and accurate payout and required tax information. Referralful maintains the commission and payout records. A displayed balance or prepared payout export does not mean funds have moved. Actual payment is recorded separately. Contact us from your partner email if a balance or payment needs review.

5. Refunds, disputes and errors

A full reversal removes the related commission; a partial reversal reduces it proportionately to eligible retained revenue. Adjustments to commissions already paid may be offset against future earnings to the extent permitted by applicable law. Disputed or suspicious amounts may be held during review. You may request a review of a commission or payout without receiving the customer's private account, property or billing information.

6. Marketing and disclosures

Make only accurate claims supported by the product. Distinguish the free property check from optional paid monitoring. Do not imply City affiliation, a City-issued certificate, guaranteed compliance, guaranteed results or guaranteed earnings. Disclose compensation clearly beside each recommendation and referral link. Spam, deceptive advertising, impersonation, cookie stuffing and unauthorized use of brand or government marks are prohibited. Do not imply that purchasing this software is necessary to obtain brokerage, management or other services.

7. Privacy and acceptable use

Do not collect or disclose customer property reports, account details, tax information, payment details or sensitive records for referral purposes. Your workspace shows only your own permitted partner information. Use the approved secure process for tax and banking information; do not put these details in application fields, messages or chat. Use prospect information only through permitted channels and honor opt-outs. The site's Privacy Policy describes the use of tracking and service providers.

8. Suspension, termination and existing referrals

We may suspend new referrals or payments reasonably affected by suspected fraud, legal restrictions or material breach while reviewing the facts. Valid, lawful commissions on customers attributed before a termination without cause remain eligible, including qualifying renewals, without a new time limit. Fraudulent or unlawful transactions are excluded. No payment is owed where payment is prohibited by law. Contact us to resolve an eligibility issue, request account closure or review a final balance.

9. Tax and professional obligations

You are responsible for your tax obligations and required professional permissions. Provide required tax information only through an approved secure process. Software referrals must not be assumed exempt from professional, conflict-of-interest or settlement-service restrictions. Where a professional must be paid through a firm, the correct legal payee and approval must be established before commissions activate. Tell us promptly if your eligibility or permissions change.

10. Program records and changes

Your application records the version of these terms you accepted and when. Referralful provides referral and commission records; Stripe is the payment source. Material future changes will be communicated and must respect existing commitments. Questions and review requests can be sent to support@phillyrentalcompliance.com from your partner email.
