What happens to a free reminder I already confirmed?
New free-reminder signup is not currently offered. Existing requests are still honored only when the owner completed the original inbox-confirmation step.
A reminder you already confirmed stays tied to the selected property and its rental-license date in City records. It sends at most one message for that license cycle and includes a one-click unsubscribe.
An existing reminder does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing list. It may include a brief note about Compliance Watch, but no purchase is required for the one message you already confirmed.
Compliance Watch is separate from that prior one-message reminder. For existing subscribers, it schedules supported-source checks and up to three reminders around 60, 30, and 7 days before the rental-license expiration date on City records, depending on when annual monitoring begins. A change alert requires a successful fresh comparison. New enrollment is paused.
