What happens to a free reminder I already confirmed?

A request made that way is honored only when the owner completed the inbox-confirmation step. You can ask for one from the free property result, when you have it email your report. When the free check's email step is on, it sets its one reminder as you enter your email to see the result, with no confirmation step, and the unsubscribe link in the result email cancels it.
A reminder you already confirmed stays tied to the property you selected and includes a one-click unsubscribe.
An existing reminder does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing list. It may include a brief note about Compliance Watch, but no purchase is required for the one message you already confirmed.
Compliance Watch is separate from that prior one-message reminder. It schedules supported-source checks and up to three reminders around 60, 30, and 7 days before the rental-license expiration date on City records, depending on when annual monitoring begins.
