What is included in my plan?

Every paid Compliance Watch plan includes the same features. Plans differ only by how many properties they cover: Solo, 1–3 properties, $99 / year; Portfolio, 4–25 properties, $499 / year; Manager, 26–100 properties, $1,499 / year or $149 / month; Manager+, 101+ properties, $1,499 + $10 per property above 100 / year.

The full record behind each finding: license history, violation cases and lead certificate details from supported City sources. Important dates in one place, including your rental license's expiration. Next steps for each item that needs attention, with links to the right City system. Scheduled daily City-record re-checks. An email when a supported City record changes. Renewal reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before a license on City records expires. A monthly status message, even when nothing changed. A dated history and evidence file for each property. The owner toolkit: 7 fill-in templates, checklists and step-by-step filings for the items we flag.

You submit applications and pay City fees. Inspections, repairs and professional services are arranged and paid for separately. The exact total is shown before payment.

Philly Rental Compliance is an independent service, not the City of Philadelphia or a law firm. Answers about City rules summarize the City's published requirements as general information, not legal advice; requirements change, and future-effective provisions need a current check of implementation and litigation status. For legal questions about your situation, talk to a licensed Pennsylvania attorney.
