Does Philly Rental Compliance file licenses for me?
No. You submit applications and renewals yourself, in eCLIPSE, the Tax Center or the lead portal, and you pay City fees directly. Inspections, repairs and professional services are arranged and paid for separately.
What Compliance Watch does is remove the research and the remembering: for each item that deserves attention it shows the record behind it, why it matters, what to have ready, numbered steps and a direct link to the right City system. When you record a license or certificate, it stays with the property and its expiration date is tracked.
A filing service submits an application or renewal for you, for a fee. We don't file anything with the City. We show what each property's City records say, what needs doing and which City system to do it in, and Compliance Watch re-reads those records on a daily schedule.

Philly Rental Compliance is an independent service, not the City of Philadelphia or a law firm. Answers about City rules summarize the City's published requirements as general information, not legal advice; requirements change, and future-effective provisions need a current check of implementation and litigation status.
