Include the address you searched and what looked off. Never send card details or your private report link.

Your private report link remains available for 90 days from purchase. Reopening checkout does not change the access, receipt, retention, or refund rights attached to an earlier purchase. Write from the purchase email and include the property address and approximate purchase date so we can locate the right record. Never send card details or your private report link.
If our software displays a supported public record incorrectly because of our error, contact us. We will correct the report and refund the $9.99 purchase.
